Chris Boys
Director, Venture Development |
Chris is responsible for managing SVA’s portfolio of ventures and the allocation of strategic expertise and funding to support their growth. Prior to joining SVA, Chris worked as a management consultant in the Strategy & Business Architecture service line of Andersen Consulting/Accenture’s Products & Health Operating Group. Chris has also been an acting CEO for a non-profit start-up venture, conducting a feasibility study to support its core activities and establishing its governance structure.

Zena joined SVA in October 2007 and is currently responsible for the coordination of the Venture Development team. She assists the team director and the broader team, as well as providing support to SVA's venture portfolio.
Zena has twelve years of solid experience in executive support, administration and project management across a broad range of industries.
Zena is passionate about young people and Indigenous issues. She is also a part-time youth worker for an emergency crisis accommodation service that provides shelter and support to young homeless people. Zena holds a Bachelor of Applied Social Science in Counselling.
Zena is currently on extended leave.

Allyson O'Malley
Coordinator, Venture Development |
Allyson joined SVA in April 2010 to take on responsibility for the coordination of the Venture Development team while Zena Clarke is on extended leave. Ally assists the team director and the broader team, as well as providing support to SVA's venture portfolio.
Allyson joins SVA from BT Financial Group where she spent 11 years, most recently providing support for a 200 strong call centre and the associated management team.
